The Farmstall

This farm stall is 200 years old and part of the historical homestead of Matjiesfontein. We offer traditional ginger beer and fruit juices accompanied by traditional food such as Skuinskoek, Poitjiekos, variety of homemade Jams etc.

We also sell crafts and bulbs in flower pots.

The Cottage

There are 2 historical cottages on the farm.

Hilandi se Veldhuis sleeps 7 persons and is self catering with own bathroom and warm water.

Kose kaja sleeps 4 persons and is self catering with own bathroom and warm water. Excellent option for hikers looking for a low budget accommodation.

Caravan site

Next to the farm stall is the caravan site offering 4 places with electricity and several sites for tents.

There are ablution facilities available (including warm water).
