Uncle Tony’s Cabin
Uncle Tony’s Cabin is a cozy self-catering cottage for up to 4 people on a farm 3 km from Nieuwoudtville.
The thatched-roof cottage comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a lounge. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and 2 single beds are available in the living area. The private bathroom is fitted with a bath and a hand-held shower, and for convenience, bedding is provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and guests can relax in the lounge which has a built-in braai area. Outdoor braai and freezing facilities are also available.
Guests can explore the farm on foot, or explore the town or surroundings. Nieuwoudtville is very popular during the flower season and the town is known as the bulb capital of the world. Guests can visit the Nieuwoudtville waterfall, the Hantam Botanical Garden, or the Oorlogskloof Nature Reserve which offers hiking, cycling and bird watching.
